Using reliable SYSTEM on i5 570 hardware platform and internationally recognized ATM and POS transaction and management system by EURONET Worldwide (USA).
Using a wide network of FUIB terminal equipment covering more than 300 cities and towns all over Ukraine. All of the ATMs are connected to FUIB processing center (PC) and are linked into Radius network which uses interbank commission rates which are different from rates set by international payment systems for transactions within Ukraine. Therefore, an issuing bank is not able to set a commission or set a lower commission rate for transactions of its clients who have payment cards for Radius network ATMs. Also, due to merger of Radius and AKB Ukrsotsbank ATM networks clients of the partner bank may receive cash in AKB Ukrsotsbank ATMs without any commission charge.
The ability for a bank to choose different schedules/ protocols /providers during connection of terminal equipment (ATM/ POS) to FUIB processing center. The following terminal equipment by main manufacturers is certified for connection to FUIB system: POS terminals by Hypercom, VeriFone, Ingenico; ATM by Diebold, Wincor, NCR
Using a wide network of communications for connection of terminal equipment (ATM/POS) of the bank.
Round-the-clock monitoring of ATMs.
Using a network of FUIB free phone numbers that allow the bank clients to use client support services free of charge by domestic long distance lines in Ukraine round the clock.
The possibility to issue and maintain MasterCard Worldwide and/or Visa International payment cards both with magnetic strip and combined with a microchip.
Availability of two personalization centers (Donetsk and Kyiv) with 5 days per week working schedule in order to provide personalization of cards and PIN envelope printing, as well as for faster delivery of cards and PIN envelopes.
Information exchange between FUIB PC and the bank is implemented by FUIB CardGalaxy packed data exchange file interface 24/7 in online mode (account replenishment, card activation, locking/ unlocking/ limit setting).
Services on transaction flow monitoring in order to reveal suspicious and high-risk operations (Fraudhunter system and round-the-clock online and offline monitoring by FUIB PC specialists).
Services for investigation of faulty operations.
A remote FUIB backup center that ensures continuity of processing and transactional services of clients.
Participation in inter-bank system of clearing settlements where FUIB is a clearing bank.
Independent definition of general policy of client service and tariff policy with the regard to clients.
A policy of free choice by partner banks of plastic card, terminal, embosser equipment and software suppliers. The main criterion of choosing a supplier is compliance of its products to Visa Int. and MasterCard Worldwide international payment systems and to international standards of data protection in the payment card industry (PCI DSS).
Avoidance of heavy investment in the project during initial operation with plastic cards with obtainment of the full range of processing services in order to develop your own card programs.
