Dmitriy Yurgens

Dmitriy Yurgens was born in 1973.

The professional activity of Dmitriy Yurgens comprises experience of working at the Ukrainian offices of the international banking and financial institutions, including Societe Generale and Marsh (Marsh & Mclennan). In January 2003 he joined SCM as the Manager responsible for development of the banking and insurance assets owned by SCM. In January 2006 he was appointed Deputy Director General of SCM Finance Ltd and member of the Supervisory Boards of FUIB and ASKA. Since March 2008 Mr Yurgens has held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

In 1999 Mr Yurgens graduated with a Master’s Degree in “Banking Accounting and Audit” from Kyiv National University of Economics, then he successfully completed the Executive Education Program for senior executives at London Business School (UK), enhanced international banking qualification from Robert Kennedy College and within the framework of “Art of Banking” (2007) and “Treasury and Risk Management” (2008) trainings.

At FUIB Dmitriy Yurgens determines the key areas of the Bank's investment business line including treasury and securities businesses, implementation of credit projects with international financial institutions and investment products for corporate and wealthy retail clients. The development of the Bank’s depositary business and coordination of measures aimed at the formation of an efficient and reliable network of correspondent banks are also within the competence of Mr Yurgens.
