Program Integration Committee

Program Integration Committee is a collegiate body whose competence covers implementation of the Bank's strategic objectives by evaluating and monitoring a projects portfolio which comprises business and process projects, as well as IT and information security ones. The Committee was established to assess and approve project portfolios, monitor progress of projects performance and results, coverage areas, KPIs and budgets.
