Technological Committee

The Technological Committee focuses on attaining strategic objectives in the sphere of informational technologies, information security and IT risk management, and maintaining the Bank’s technological leadership.

The Committee was established to perform the following functions:

consideration and approval of IT policies;
consideration and approval of information security and IT risk management policies;
prioritization of IT and information security projects and development trends;
analysis of the results of investigations into critical information security incidents and approval of the measures to be taken;
consideration and approval of initiatives on major technological projects;
consideration and approval of acceptable level of IT risks;
consideration and approval of tender bids under the strategic projects;
expert assessment of innovative proposals;
evaluation of IT and information security audits results;
decision-making on technological issues related to mergers/acquisitions;
approval of criteria for selection of requests for software changes;
prioritization the requests for software changes.
