Shareholders

The Bank’s major shareholders are SCM Finance and SCM Financial Overseas Ltd., which are 100.0 percent-owned subsidiaries of the privately-owned SCM Group, one of the largest industrial and financial groups in Eastern Europe and CIS. SCM’s business areas cover metals and mining, energy, machine building, finances, telecommunications, media and other sectors of the economy. The Bank’s authorized capital amounts to UAH 3,294,492,400.00 (three billion two hundred and ninety-four million four hundred and ninety-two thousand four hundred hryvnias), and consists of 14,323,880 (fourteen million three hundred and twenty-three thousand eight hundred and eighty) ordinary registered shares with the nominal value of UAH 230.00 (two hundred and thirty hryvnias) each, issued in book-entry form.

The Bank had not issued preferred shares. The Bank executives do not own any Bank shares or interest in the authorized capital.
