Yelena Dyatlova graduated from Kyiv State Teachers’ Training Institute of Foreign Languages and from Kyiv University of Economics with a specialisation in International Business Management.

Ms Dyatlova professional activity commenced at the International Institute of Management (IIM, Kyiv), then she worked at JT International Company Ukraine, held leading positions in the Human Resources Management Division of Alfa Bank and headed the Human Resources Department of DHL International Ukraine. Since January 2010 Yelena Dyatlova has held the position of Deputy Chairman of the FUIB Management Board.

At FUIB Ms Dyatlova supervises the activity of the Bank Human Resources Division, holds the position as both a member of the Management Board and the Budget Committee.
