Registration of the Additionally Issued FUIB’s Shares with the Securities and Stock Market National Commission is Completed

The Securities and Stock Market National Commission has registered the additionally issued common registered shares shares of PUBLIC JOINT STOCK COMPANY “FIRST UKRAINIAN INTERNATIONAL BANK”. Thus, the procedure for increasing the Bank’s share capital as the result of reorganisation of PJSC “DONGORBANK” through consolidation by way of accession to the Bank is completed. Now, the total number of the Bank’s uncertificated ordinary inscribed shares is 14,323,880 totalling UAH 3,294,492,400.00.

As previously reported, on 21 October 2011 the General Meeting of Shareholders approved amendments to the FUIB’s Articles of Association due to the Bank’s succession to all rights and obligations of PJSC “Dongorbank” and increase of the Bank’s share capital.

According to the National Bank of Ukraine FUIB is among Ukraine’s TOP 10 banks by assets.
