1. Можливі наслідки для клієнта в разі користування послугою з надання споживчого кредиту або невиконання ним обов`язків згідно з договором про надання послуги з надання споживчого кредиту:
- 1) клієнт повертає суму кредиту, комісії, відсотки, інші платежі за його користування відповідно до умов договору та вимог законодавства України;
- 2) у разі несвоєчасного виконання зобов’язань (в повному обсязі та/або частково) при користуванні споживчим кредитом передбачено: - неустойку (штраф, пеню) за прострочення сплати по споживчому кредиту; - право банку у визначених договором випадках вимагати дострокового погашення платежів за споживчим кредитом та відшкодування збитків, завданих йому порушенням зобов’язання; - право Банку доручити врегулювання простроченої заборгованості колекторським компаніям, перелік яких визначено у файлі «Співпраця з колекторськими компаніями», розміщеному на сторінці https://about.pumb.ua/info/overdue_debt.

2. Банку забороняється:
- 1) вимагати від клієнта придбання будь-яких товарів чи послуг від банку або спорідненої чи повязаної з ним особи як обовязкову умову надання цих послуг (крім надання пакета банківських послуг);
- 2) вносити зміни до укладених з клієнтами договорів в односторонньому порядку, якщо інше не встановлено договором або законом.

3. Клієнт має право:
- 1) відмовитися від отримання рекламних матеріалів засобами дистанційних каналів комунікації;
- 2) відмовитися від договору про надання споживчого кредиту протягом 14 календарних днів з дня укладення договору відповідно до положень Закону України «Про споживче кредитування».
