- 1. Можливі наслідки для клієнта в разі користування послугою залучення банківського вкладу (депозиту) або невиконання ним обов'язків згідно з договором про надання цієї банківської послуги:
- 1) під час нарахування банком доходів у вигляді процентів враховується, що отриманий дохід підлягає оподаткуванню і виплаті підлягають суми доходу від вкладної (депозитної) операції після оподаткування (сплати податків та зборів) відповідно до Податкового кодексу України.
- 2) в разі його несвоєчасного звернення до банку щодо повернення грошових коштів, залучених за договором банківського вкладу (депозиту): строк розміщення вкладу (депозиту) може бути автоматично продовжений на такий самий строк, якщо це передбачено договором/ умовами вкладу (депозиту); кількість продовжень строку розміщення вкладу (депозиту) не обмежується, якщо інше не передбачено договором/ умовами вкладу (депозиту).
- 2. Банку забороняється:
- 1) вимагати від клієнта придбання будь-яких товарів чи послуг від банку або спорідненої чи пов'язаної з ним особи як обов'язкову умову надання цих послуг (крім надання пакета банківських послуг);
- 2) вносити зміни до укладених з клієнтами договорів в односторонньому порядку, якщо інше не встановлено договором або законом.
- 3. Клієнт має право відмовитися від отримання рекламних матеріалів засобами дистанційних каналів комунікації.
