Q: How do I view my loan payment history?

Click on 'Loans' in the lower menu of the Main screen of the PUMB mobile application -> select a loan in the 'Current' section -> in the upper right corner of the screen, click on the 'ellipsis' icon -> click 'Payment history'. Frequently asked questions:

Click on the card in the Main menu of the mobile application. A list of all operations and transactions, sorted by date, will appear at the bottom of the screen.

Click on the card in the Main menu of the mobile application -> scroll to the desired transaction -> click on the selected transaction -> select the “View the receipt” button. To send a receipt, click on the icon in the upper right corner of the receipt. Please note that the receipt is available for transfer transactions from an account or card. For transactions in retail chains – a receipt is not available.

You can create a statement for a separate account and, if necessary, print it. To do this, click on the card in the Main menu of the application -> on the letter "i" on the card itself -> in the proposed menu, select "Generate the statement" -> select the month and year.

The statement will be generated and contain all successful operations on the account for the month you selected.
