- you applied to the Bank for a cash loan “VSEYASNO” or “Money in Installments” but did not enter into a loan agreement within six months or more from the application date, and currently have no active cash loans.

1. Можливі наслідки для клієнта в разі користування послугою з надання споживчого кредиту або невиконання ним обов'язків згідно з договором про надання послуги з надання споживчого кредиту:

1) клієнт повертає суму кредиту, комісії, відсотки, інші платежі за його користування відповідно до умов договору та вимог законодавства України;

2) вносити зміни до укладених з клієнтами договорів в односторонньому порядку, якщо інше не встановлено договором або законом.

3. Клієнт має право:

1) відмовитися від отримання рекламних матеріалів засобами дистанційних каналів комунікації;

2) відмовитися від договору про надання споживчого кредиту протягом 14 календарних днів з дня укладення договору відповідно до положень Закону України «Про споживче кредитування».

The VSEYASNO cash loan is available for amounts from 1,000 UAH to 500,000 UAH.

The loan interest rate is fixed, unchangeable, and fixed in the loan agreement.

The monthly fee ranges from 1.99% to 2.99%, depending on the loan amount and term.

For loan terms of 6 or 9 months, the loan origination fee is 2.22% per month for loan amounts up to 300,000 UAH. For loan amounts exceeding 300,000 UAH, the loan origination fee is 1.99% per month.

In the event of early repayment, the fee is charged for the entire term of the agreement for which the loan was originally issued.

Example:
If an installment plan is taken for 6 months and repaid in 5 months, the fee will still be charged for all 6 months.

For clients who have been receiving their salary at PUMB for at least 3 months, the monthly fee is 2.59%.

For clients who have fully fulfilled their obligations under a cash loan “VseYasno” or “Money in Installments” and have not taken out any new credit products within six months after full repayment, as well as clients who applied to the Bank for a cash loan “VseYasno” or “Money in Installments” but did not enter into a loan agreement within six months or more from the application date and have no active cash loans under the “VseYasno” or “Money in Installments” products*, the monthly fee is 2.22%.
