- How much does the bank charge for the card?
Not a penny. FUIB maintains your card free of charge. No monthly payments for using the card.
- Can I issue a card to my account to another person (wife, husband, sister, brother, confidant)?
You can issue additional BPCs over the number provided by the terms of the package for additional funds in accordance with the bank's tariffs for servicing individuals.
- Where can I find out my account details?
The account holder can receive the full details of the account:
- in a branch of the bank serving the account, with a passport;
- using the PUMB mobile app service (section "Accounts"/"Card account details"/"Details" button);
- using email, contact the Customer Service Center.
- How can I get an additional income?
With Free deposit:
- earn by transferring the balance of your personal funds to a deposit using PUMB mobile app;
- withdraw, accumulate or replenish this money 24/7 using PUMB mobile app without restrictions, when you need it. Details on the link.
- Can I open a card at FUIB to receive social or retirement payments?
To receive retirement and social payments, you can apply for the vseKARTA service package. Thanks to changes in Ukrainian legislation, it is now possible to open a card for receiving military retirement.
- Can FUIB be trusted?
FUIB is one of the country's leading banks with Ukrainian capital, authorised to make social payments.
- How are applications with account details for payment crediting submitted?
The bank can transfer the account details for crediting to the Pension Fund independently, and you will be notified of the
retirement crediting via SMS.

- How much does it cost to replenish a card?
Not at all.
Replenish with cash; replenish your card from another bank in Ukraine, from your friends, relatives, acquaintances, or partners – free of charge. Please note that FUIB does not take a commission, but a commission from another bank is possible.
- How can I replenish my account?
You can replenish a card account opened in national currency by contacting the nearest FUIB branch. When replenishing a card account of a FUIB customer at a FUIB branch, it is enough to indicate the payment card number (16 digits that are indicated on the front side of the card)/account number/agreement number and the full name of the account holder.

- What is the commission for card payments within Ukraine?
There is no commission. Pay in a supermarket, store, cinema, transport and the Internet – no commission.
- What is the commission when paying for utilities and mobile top-up?
No commission. Utility bills and mobile top-up are without commission in PUMB mobile app anywhere 24/7 from your smartphone.
- I made a payment using my card at a point of sale; the payment amount on my account is blocked. What does it mean?
According to the rules of international payment systems, when making payments with a payment card in retail outlets, on the Internet, as well as when withdrawing cash from ATMs of third banks, the required amount of funds from the account is not immediately debited, but for some time (1-3 days) is blocked on the account. If no funds are debited within a month after the transaction (the amount was blocked by mistake, the acquiring bank returned the money), the blocked amount automatically becomes available.

- What is the fee if you transfer money to a card of another bank?
In PUMB mobile app transfers to cards of other banks are free! Transferring funds from vseKARTA to cards of other banks using other services outside FUIB can cost from 0.5% to 1.5% minimum.
- What is the fee for transfers in PUMB mobile app to accounts in other banks?
The commission is 0.5% of the amount, minimum – 3 UAH, maximum – 500 UAH.
- What is the fee for transfers at the bank's cash office?
Transferring funds to accounts in other banks from your card at a FUIB cash office will cost 1.5% of the amount.

What will be the fee for cash withdrawals from an ATM?
Withdraw cash from FUIB ATMs and the "Radius" network without additional fees. Withdraw cash from other ATMs in Ukraine without a fee of up to 50,000 UAH per month, over 0.9%.
- What is the fee for withdrawing cash at the bank's cash desk?
No fees for withdrawing retirement or social payments at the bank's cash desk.

- Can I get a debit card abroad?
Yes, you can. We send cards abroad via Ukrposhta.
- How to order?
Swipe right on the Home screen in PUMB mobile app. Tap New card for this account on the Cards and accounts screen. Then select Plastic.
Courier delivery is possible only to your home address.
- To which countries can I order debit card delivery through Ukrposhta?
FUIB provides Ukrposhta delivery worldwide, except for russia and belarus.
- What is the delivery time for a debit card abroad?
Delivery time is 30 days on average, but may vary depending on the recipient's country.
- How is a debit card delivered by Ukrposhta abroad?
The delivery type is courier delivery to the specified address.
What happens if the receiver is not available when the courier arrives? In such cases, the parcel is transferred to the local post office based on the address provided during the order for free storage.
The term of storage depends on the postal rules of the receiver's country. This information can be found on the Ukrposhta website (see the storage period for small packages).
- FUIB fee, and how to pay for issuing and delivering a debit card abroad?
The service fee, regardless of the delivery country, is 300 UAH or the equivalent amount if paid from a foreign currency account. Please ensure that you have sufficient funds in your account to cover the fee. For more information, see our Tariffs.
- What additional expenses might arise during the delivery of the debit card abroad through Ukrposhta?
Depending on the recipient's country, there might be fees for customs clearance. You have to pay them when you receive the card.
- How can I track the card's delivery status?
Track your parcel on Ukrposhta's website or the postal service of the recipient's country.

- What is a virtual card?
It is a bank card with all its attributes (card number, expiration date, CVV, PIN code), but no physical issue of plastic.
- Where can I open a virtual card?
A virtual card can only be opened in the PUMB mobile application, when registering a new vseKARTA service package, or by issuing an additional virtual card to an existing account
- How can I activate a virtual card?
The card is issued active, and a customer can use it immediately after registration.
- Where can I find out the details of a virtual card?
Card details are available only in electronic form in the PUMB mobile app.
- How can I get a PIN code for a virtual card?
PIN-code is sent to the customer's mobile phone number after the card is drawn up.
- How can I open a virtual card using PUMB mobile app?
Open a virtual card when opening a new package vseKARTA.
Open a virtual card as an additional card to an existing account:
- On the Main page, swipe right;
- Select the account to which you want to open the card and click "New card to account";
- Select "Virtual" and click "Continue";
- To confirm the opening of the card, enter the verification password;
- Link the card to a GPay or ApplePay wallet.

- How to order a plastic card with delivery to a branch or post office of Nova poshta?
Delivery of a plastic card to a branch or post office of Nova poshta can only be arranged through the PUMB mobile application.
- How to get a name card?
You can apply for a personalized card only at a branch of the Bank. When ordering a plastic card through the PUMB mobile application with delivery to a branch or post office of Nova poshta, you will be issued an unnamed card valid for 3 years.
- How much does it cost to deliver a card to a branch or post office of Nova poshta?
The cost of ordering a card with delivery by Nova Poshta in Ukraine is 150 UAH or the equivalent if payment is made from a foreign currency account. The payment is deducted from the account immediately when ordering the card in the mobile application.
Please note that you do not need to pay anything extra when you receive the parcel at a Nova Poshta branch/post office.
- What is the delivery time of the card to the branch or post office of Nova poshta?
Estimated delivery time of the card is 2 working days. You can find detailed information about delivery times and the status of your package on the website or in the mobile application of Nova poshta.
- How to activate a plastic card ordered with delivery to a branch or post office of Nova poshta?
After the client receives a parcel with a card at Nova poshta, the card must be activated and a pin code for it must be obtained in the FUIB online mobile application. Without this, the card will not work for security purposes.
*Attention! When receiving a parcel with a card at a New Post office or parcel machine, make sure the package is intact.
Activation of the card must be carried out no later than 30 calendar days from the date of ordering the card.
- Which account can I order an additional plastic card with delivery to Nova poshta to?
Ordering an additional plastic card through PUMB Online with Nova Poshta delivery in Ukraine is available in debit service packages, the tariffs of which provide for the possibility of issuing a card of the Mastercard World PayPass Debit Instant Issue (non-nominal) type. The number of cards available to order is unlimited.
