For card accounts opened with FUIB
Daily limit on the client:

- on the territory of Ukraine – up to 600 000 UAH
- abroad – for 7 calendar days, the equivalent of up to 12 500 UAH for cash withdrawals in foreign currency from all UAH accounts of the client.
Withdrawal of cash from cash registers and ATMs outside of Ukraine:
*Tariff 1% + equiv. 1 USD was valid from 01.06.2022 to 31.07.2022.
For card accounts opened with other banks of Ukraine it is possible to withdraw per day:
- from cards of other banks – up to 20 000 UAH
- up to 100 000 UAH per day according to FUIB's tariffs without taking into account the fee of your Bank

How can the funds be used
Important: during the day on the territory of Ukraine, you can withdraw cash from the FUIB account using the cash desk, at an ATM or retail network for the total amount in equivalent up to 100 000 UAH, abroad - equivalent to 12 500 UAH from all client accounts. Loan holidays
Loan holidays with prolongation (extension) of the term of the loan agreement expire in August. In the future, payments for the usage of loans should be made in full according to the schedule. Loan holidays were provided to owners of cash loans, loans for purchasing goods, and Splachuite chastynamy NEW. Mandatory payment during March-August consisted of interest, monthly commission, and reduced loan body.
Loan repayment
The bank does not apply penalties from March 1, 2020. But we recommend not accumulating debt and making payments in the amount that is comfortable for you.

Utilization and availability of money on payment cards
Important:
- on the territory of Ukraine - at the cash desk, at an ATM or retail network for the total amount in equivalent up to 100 000 UAH
- abroad – equivalent to 12 500 UAH from all client accounts
- on the territory of Ukraine - up to 600 000 UAH
- abroad – for 7 calendar days, the equivalent of up to 12 500 UAH for cash withdrawals in foreign currency from all UAH accounts of the client

Utilization of payment cards by citizens of russia and belorussia on the territory of Ukraine
According to the resolution of the National bank of Ukraine, the accounts, which belong to the customers who are citizens of Russia and Belorussia, are blocked. It is possible to unblock these accounts by providing to the bank branches the document, which confirms permanent residence permit or certificate of actual place of registration in Ukraine.

Incoming transfers
SWIFT transfers are possible in the following cases:
1.the costs associated with the death of citizens, treatment in medical institutions and transportation of patients
2.transfer of funds for education to the accounts of educational institutions of a foreign state
3. on the basis of separate permits of the NBU
4. transfers in favor of diplomatic missions, consular offices of Ukraine abroad
5. between own accounts in another Ukrainian bank
6. to the account of relatives in another Ukrainian bank (relatives - father, mother, stepfather, stepmother, son, daughter, stepson, stepdaughter, grandmother, grandfather, great-grandmother, great-grandfather, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother, sister (consanguineous and non-consanguineous), cousins siblings, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew, adopter, adoptee, guardian or custodian, person under guardianship or care, husband, wife)
7. to a special account of the National Bank of Ukraine to raise funds in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and/or to the accounts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, ministries and other state bodies of Ukraine
8. for the purchase of a number of goods abroad within the monthly limit of 400 000 UAH (equivalent to the official NBU exchange rate). Such goods include body armor, helmets, military and tactical uniforms, military and tactical footwear, protective clothing, optical surveillance devices, unmanned aerial vehicles, sleeping bags, mats and home care products
Western Union / MoneyGram / Ria transfers
International money transfers from abroad are paid:
Payment of transfers from the russian federation and the republic of belarus, as well as all transfers in RUB are not issued.
Western Union transfers across Ukraine currently not implemented.
Outgoing transfers are not sent by decision of the NBU.

It`s about a monthly targeted cash state aid for internally displaced persons (IDPs) to cover living expenses, including housing and communal services.

Who can get 2000 and 3000 UAH of єПідтримка?

To get:
1. Open єПідтримка card in the FUIB Online application or go to step 2 if you already have it.
2. Go to Дія, "Services" section, select IDP Status
3. Apply for IDP status and receive funds by choosing a FUIB card for enrollment.
You can open єПідтримка card at FUIB and apply for IDP payments even if you have previously issued єПідтримка card at another bank.
Persons wishing to apply for IDP status and receive financial assistance by applying to the social protection body, community representative or CNAP, in the application for assistance may specify the details of any FUIB card. Card details (IBAN account number) can be obtained:

Payout of the Deposit Guarantee Fund
FUIB is an agent bank of the Deposit Guarantee Fund and makes payments to clients of liquidated banks.
To receive a refund you need:
For banks that were liquidated before April 14, 2022, the maximum amount of compensation for one person is 200 000 UAH.
For banks that were liquidated after April 14, 2022:

Withdrawal of remuneration to the card is from 100 UAH. In addition, a tax of 19.5% is withheld.

Work of the bank in case of blackout
All FUIB customer support services work as usual.
Even in the event of an emergency power outage, we are ready to respond to your requests.
In the event of a lack of electricity in the branch, the bank provides services in consultation mode, cash operations are not performed at this time.

We draw your attention to the fact that there is no service in the departments during the air alert.

FUIB is part of the Power Banking network, which was created at the initiative of the NBU. The network consists of bank branches that will work even in conditions of long-term power outages (thanks to the installation of generators and additional means of communication).
The list of branches that are part of the joint banking network is updated and available at the link. For ease of use, you can save the file to your mobile device and view it even when there is no connection, while keeping in mind that the list can be supplemented and updated.
In such branches, the joint "ATM National Roaming" operates, which provides for the possibility of withdrawing an increased amount of cash from the payment cards of any bank, sufficient to meet current needs and build up a certain amount of cash.
We emphasize that branches of banks included in the network provide only banking services.
Clients of other banks in branches of FUIB, which are part of the Power Banking network, will be able to use the following list of services:
- Receiving cash (ATMs/cash registers);
- Payments, transfer of funds, depositing cash to the account (PTKS/cash register);
- Currency exchange if cash currency is available at the cash desk;
- Issuance of banking products and services (cards, accounts, deposits, etc.) and obtaining advice on terms of service.
