Payment of the bill by requisites
How do I pay an invoice using the payment details online?
Ukrainians are increasingly using bank transfers to pay for utilities, make a number of payments, and make international transfers.
Payment by details is the same transaction as a standard card-to-card transfer, for which you need to know the data on the plastic (number, expiration date, CVV2 code). But to pay into a current account, you need to know the IBAN.
The most convenient way to make a payment to a current account is to use the PUMB online application. If you do not yet enjoy all the benefits of online banking, you should download the application at https://www.pumb.ua/en/pumbonline.
To make a transfer using the details online, you must:
- Launch the PUMB application.
- Select the card from which you are going to transfer funds.
- Enter the required amount and where to transfer money ("To account")
- In the corresponding window, enter the IBAN and the purpose of the payment.
You can pay using the details after you have checked and confirmed all the information you have entered.
Recipient's EDRPOU and TIN (RNOKPP)
Before you pay using the details and find out about the timeframe for the transfer of funds to your account, you need to figure out who you will be transferring funds to - an individual entrepreneur (IE) or an ordinary individual. Different numbers are used to identify different recipients.
To pay to a sole proprietor's account, you must specify the eight-digit number of the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organisations of Ukraine (USREOU).
In the case of an individual, the ten-digit Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN), also known as the registration number of the taxpayer's account card (RNOKPP), must be indicated.
You can find out the recipient's EDRPOU or TIN (RNOKPP) directly from the recipient or the invoice for payment.
Current account and IBAN
Without knowing basic banking information, such as a current account, you cannot pay for services or transfer money.
29-character IBAN is an international format for a bank account number. In our country, it has been actively used to pay bills using the details since 2020.
You can find out your own IBAN in the PUMB mobile application: select the desired card, click on the ‘i’ icon and get the details in the menu.
Payment purpose
Filling in the "Payment Purpose" field is a mandatory condition for making a payment to the account, as the accuracy and information content of this information will determine the speed of processing and the success of the transfer.
The purpose of the payment enable the recipient to correctly identify the payment and process it correctly.
What is the fee for paying to a current account?
PUMB's mobile application provides customers with the opportunity to pay money without a fee. So, for example, a payment for utilities via IBAN will be made without overpayments.
Payment templates
For the convenience of making regular money transfers, PUMB mobile application provides users with the opportunity to create payment templates. If you use a template, you do not need to manually enter your IBAN or other details every time.
After you have successfully made a transfer from card to account, the service will offer to save it as a template for future use. This is a very convenient option, because you have already entered the necessary information anyway - you just need to save it.
There is also an alternative option - you can create a template at any time by using the "Create template" option from the "My templates" section. To do this, you need to enter all the necessary data, come up with a name for the template, and save it. Saving a successful transaction in this way saves time and ensures that future payments will not contain errors.
Advantages of IBAN payments in the PUMB application
Payments via IBAN in the PUMB application have several main advantages. Among them:
- error-free transfer of funds to the recipient's account (due to the standardised structure of the account number);
- ease of use (you can make a transfer at a convenient time and place);
- intuitive interface;
- increased payment security (the bank uses modern encryption and authentication technologies).
FUIB is a bank of trust for its customers, because security and service are at the highest level.
