Who can participate in the promotion?

FUIB clients who have a Mastercard card and have received a PUSH notification from the Bank about the possibility to participate in the Promotion.

When does the promotion run?

From 17 November to 21 December 2025 inclusive. The promotion may end early if the Incentive Fund is exhausted.

Where is the promotion held?

On the territory of Ukraine, except for temporarily occupied, blocked, or active combat zones.

How to participate in the promotion?

1️. Have an issued and activated Mastercard card. 2️. After receiving a PUSH notification about participation eligibility, make a payment of at least 100 UAH with the card in retail networks or online during the Promotion Period.

Which transactions qualify for participation?

Payments made by card for goods or services in stores or online.

How many times can you win?

A participant can receive only one incentive during the entire promotion period. Electronic Rozetka certificate worth 1,000 UAH — 3,000 units.

What prizes are available?

Electronic Rozetka certificates with a value of 1,000 UAH.

How are the winners determined?

Within 3 working days after the end of the Promotion Period, the Organizer determines 3,000 Participants who are the first to correctly fulfill the conditions of these Rules and thereby acquire the right to receive the Incentive.

How will I know that I’ve won?

The Organizer informs the Winners about their victory and the conditions for receiving the Incentives via push notifications in the PUMB mobile app.

How to receive the certificate?

The certificates are delivered by the Executor within 10 working days from the moment the winners are notified, by sending SMS messages.

Which number will receive the SMS with the certificate?

The SMS with the certificate will be sent to the winner’s contact number — the financial phone number specified during registration in the PUMB mobile application.

What if my SMS messages are blocked / my number is unavailable / there is no network connection, etc.?

The Organizer, Partner, and Executor are not responsible for technical issues with data transmission via communication channels during the promotion and incentive delivery, the operation of communication operators or telecommunications companies of Ukraine, any operator errors, as well as delays or inability of the winner to receive the incentive due to circumstances beyond the control of the Organizer, Partner, or Executor.

Can I receive cash instead of the certificate?

No, incentives cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.
