The territory of the contract for the insurance risk of loss of the main place of work is Ukraine.
The territory of the contract for other insurance risks provided for by the insurance product is the whole world, except for territories subject to international sanctions (in particular, according to the data of the US Treasury), as well as territories of military operations or temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

12 months. The validity of the Insurance Contract is automatically extended (prolonged) for the next period of 12 (twelve) calendar months, provided that the next insurance premium is paid on time.

The insured events under the contract are:
- Permanent Disability due to an accident during the term of the insurance contract;
- Death as a result of an accident during the term of the Insurance contract;
- Illness that led to death during the term of the Insurance contract;
- Injuries and/or bodily injuries resulting from an accident resulting from an accident during the term of the insurance contract;
- Critical illnesses first detected during the insurance contract period (first myocardial infarction, stroke, cancer, heart disease requiring coronary artery bypass grafting, diseases requiring vital organ transplantation, renal failure, blindness (loss of vision));
- Dismissal from the main (permanent) place of work at the initiative of the employer due to a change in the organization of production and labor, including liquidation, bankruptcy, reorganization or re-profiling of an institution, enterprise, organization, reduction in the number or staff of employees.

For the insured risk of loss of the main place of work – 3 months from the date of entry into force of the insurance contract.
For the insured risk of diagnosis of a critical illness – 3 months from the date of entry into force of the insurance contract.
For other insured risks – from the date of commencement of the contract, subject to payment of the insurance premium.

The risk of "Dismissal from the main place of work" is included in the contract for insured persons aged 20 to 59.

Persons who, on the date of the contract:
- have physical disabilities, mental or chronic mental disorders, alcohol or drug addictions;
- are persons with disabilities;
- have mental illnesses, AIDS or HIV; malignant tumors; severe cerebral palsy; chronic renal failure; multiple sclerosis; severe chronic (genetic) blood diseases, anemia; chorea (congenital);
- severe forms of epilepsy with signs of mental impairment; Down syndrome; Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease; amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, cancer, myocardial infarction, stroke, coronary artery bypass grafting, vital organ transplantation/bone marrow transplantation, blindness (loss of vision).

The insurance payment is made in the following amounts:
- death due to an accident or illness - 100% of the insured amount;
- injuries/damages - from 1% to 100% of the insured amount, according to the payment table;
- permanent disability due to an accident - from 3% to 100% of the insured amount, according to the payment table;
- critical illness - 100% of the insured amount.

Notify the Insurer in writing by submitting an Application for Insurance Payment within:
- 10 days in case of Dismissal from the main place of work;
- 30 days in case of Permanent Disability due to an accident; in case of Injuries/bodily injuries; in case of Diagnosis of a critical illness;
- 6 months in case of Death due to an accident or illness.

The following documents are attached to the Application for Insurance Payment:
- a copy of the certificate of assignment of the RNOKPP and a document certifying the identity of the recipient;
- in case of Permanent Disability, Injuries/Bodily Injuries or Diagnosis of a critical illness: a medical certificate of outpatient or inpatient treatment indicating the duration of treatment/dates of hospitalization, diagnosis on the date of the event and general conclusions of the doctor, a certificate of establishment/change of disability group, documents on the circumstances and causes of the Insured Event (documents of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the road accident, conclusions of law enforcement agencies, medical institutions, etc.);
- in the event of Death as a result of an accident or illness, the following documents must be submitted within 12 months: originals or notarized copies of the death certificate or court decision declaring the person deceased; certificates from competent authorities on the cause of death and/or medical death certificate; originals or notarized copies of the birth certificate of the Insured (Insured Person)/Beneficiaries, a notarized copy of the document certifying the degree of kinship of the Beneficiary(s) with the Insured (Insured Person) (marriage certificate, etc.), documents on the circumstances and causes of the Insured Event (documents from the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the road accident, conclusions from law enforcement agencies, medical institutions, etc.);
- in case of Job Loss – a copy of the employment record (all pages) confirming the date and reason for dismissal and/or an extract from the electronic employment record; a copy of the order to dismiss the Insured Person from the permanent place of work specifying the reasons for such dismissal, certified by the employer (at the request of the Insurer); a copy of the decision to terminate the legal entity (employer) or a copy of the court decision to liquidate the legal entity (employer) (in the case of forced liquidation) (at the request of the Insurer); an original certificate issued by the state employment service body confirming the registration of the Insured Person (Insured Person) with the employment service bodies as unemployed or a citizen looking for work;
- other documents confirming the fact, reasons and circumstances of the insured event at the request of the Insurer.
The Insurer shall make an insurance payment or decide to refuse to make a payment after the completion of the verification of all documents, which shall last for 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of all necessary documents. The verification period may be extended to 6 months, of which the Insurer shall notify in writing, indicating the reasons for the delay.
The Insurer shall make an insurance payment within 10 business days from the date of the relevant decision based on the details specified in the payment application.

There are no discounts or promotional offers for these products.

Failure by the consumer (Insurer) to fulfill the obligations specified in the Insurance Contract, including untimely notification of the occurrence of an insured event without good reason, may be grounds for refusal of insurance payment. In case of non-payment of the insurance payment within 2 months, the Contract shall terminate.

The insurance product is not part of any package/contract. The insurance product can be purchased separately.

The Insured is obliged to inform the Insurer of the following information before concluding the insurance contract, namely:
- The selected insurance premium option;
- The selected insurance sums option.

Reduction of insurance amounts and/or insurance payments is not provided.

The Product Terms and Conditions do not provide for this.

By contacting the Insurer directly or through a bank.
The Insurance Company shall refund the insurance payment within 10 business days from the date of receipt of the complete package of documents:
- in case of termination of the contract by the client within 30 days – in the amount of 100% of the insurance payment made (provided that there are no insured events);
- in case of termination of the contract by the client later than 30 days – in the amount of part of the insurance payment for the period remaining until the end of the paid period (until the next insurance premium is due) or the term of the Insurance Contract, less a share of 20% of the costs directly related to the conclusion and execution of this insurance contract.
