Cashback is credited for payments by any cards from FUIB for individuals, including in foreign currency in Ukraine (except for uncontrolled territories) and abroad.Offers from a Partner have an advantage over the categories of the Bank when crediting rewards. That is, when purchasing goods or services that belong to the categories of cashback from the Bank and from the Partner at the same time, the accrual of reward will be made only according to the terms of the Partner.

How much cashback can I accumulate per month?

The total amount of monthly savings is equal to the amount of cashback from the Bank and cashback from Partners.The maximum amount of cashback from the Bank is 500 UAH.The maximum amount of cashback from Partners depends on the offer terms of each of them. If the maximum amount of cashback from a Partner per month is reached, the reward accrual for it stops.If you have selected a category of cashback from the Bank that corresponds to the same field of activity with a Partner, then the accrual of reward for it will not occur.If the maximum amount of cashback from a Partner per month is reached, the reward accrual for it is stopped,even if you have selected a category of cashback from the Bank that corresponds to the same field of activity with the Partner.For example, you have selected cashback from the 'X' Partner (who sells clothes) and you have selected the category 'Clothes and shoes' from the Bank. After that, you made purchases in the “X” store and accumulated the maximum cashback from this Partner.For the following purchases in the 'X' store in the category from the Bank 'Clothes and shoes', cashback will not be credited.When withdrawing cashback, taxes, and fees are additionally withheld – 19.5%.

No, you can choose cashback categories from the Bank and the Partners on different days, starting from the 1st day of each month. You can select only categories from the Bank or, conversely, only offers from Partners. But you get the greatest range of benefits if you choose two types of cashback.

No. At the same time, you can choose a new category of cashback for each next calendar month.

The reward for transactions is credited to the account holder for all additional customer cards, regardless of the name of the supplementary card issued to the account. The category for cashback is chosen by the account owner. The selected category is valid for all main and additional cards of the owner of this account.The maximum amount of reward for all customer cards does not exceed 500 UAH.An additional 19.5% tax is withheld (PIT + military tax).

The maximum amount of reward that one Promo participant can receive, regardless of the number of cards, is 500 UAH. Cashback is not credited to cards opened by individuals for entrepreneurial activity.An additional 19.5% tax is withheld (PIT + military tax). An additional profit from cashback can lead to the loss of benefits and subsidies.

If a point of sale sells different categories of goods at the same time, it may have several payment terminals, the MCC codes of which may differ. Some cash desks can conduct a transaction with one MCC, while others will assign a completely different code. FUIB bank does not influence in any way what code is assigned to the point of sale and cannot change it.

Can I withdraw cashback immediately after accumulating the minimum withdrawal amount? To which card can I withdraw the accumulated cashback?

The account holder can withdraw the reward on his own to any selected hryvnia card. Cashback can be accumulated on the account and withdrawn to the card at any time when the minimum amount is reached – 100 UAH.If the accumulated reward amount is less than 100 UAH, then there is no button for withdrawing funds in the FUIB Online mobile application.An additional 19.5% tax is withheld (PIT + military tax).

Is it possible to withdraw the reward to my card of another Bank or card/account of relatives, friends, etc.?

The reward can be withdrawn only to one of the FUIB cards of the account holder, which was not opened by an individual for entrepreneurial activity. The participant of the Promo cannot transfer his right to receive the reward to any other person.

Can the accumulated cashback be canceled?

Yes, the Bank has the right to cancel cashback in case of closing the card or cards on which it was credited, the absence of any other products of the Bank, overdue debts and/or the absence of transactions with FUIB cards (see the official Rules of the Promo).
