• Purchase was not made in 1 session, but with a gap (payment for the cart formed in the previous session).

• The store canceled cashback by mistake. In this case, please write to us in the chatbot and attach a screenshot of the order from your personal account in the store.

Cashback will be credited for all purchases made before the store was deactivated from Cashback Stores section.
