How to pay for utilities online without a fee?

Before you pay for utilities without a fee, you should launch the PUMB mobile application on your smartphone or other gadget and log in to it. Then you need to:

1. Go to the ""Payments section and select the "Pay utility bills" category.
2. Find the option you need, for example, "Pay for gas".
3. Find your supplier company (in the list or enter the company name manually).
4. Enter a personal account or other data used to identify the consumer.
5. Select the card to be debited and the amount to be transferred to the supplier's account.
6. Confirm the transaction after checking all the information provided.

How do I check utility bills?

Once you have made an online utility payment, you should check the status and confirmation of your payment. In addition, 100% discounts are provided for people working in certain sectors in rural areas and urban-type settlements. These include medical, pharmaceutical and pedagogical workers, employees of museums, state and municipal cultural and educational institutions.

Families raising a child with a disability as a result of the Chornobyl disaster, as well as certain categories of victims of Nazi persecution, are entitled to a 50% discount.

Benefits are provided in cash. The Pension Fund of Ukraine pays the amount of the benefit only after the beneficiaries have paid the full amount on a monthly basis.

Payment templates
