Information to read before entering into an insurance contract

Risks: social engineering; illegal payment from a card account in a trade and service network on a lost or stolen card; skimming, farming, vishing, phishing; illegal transactions on the Internet/mobile banking; payment from a card without confirmation of the SMS password.

The insurance amount is 25,000 UAH.
The liability limit is determined within the total amount insured under the Contract, but not more than the amount of direct loss incurred by the Insured as a result of an insured event.
The total insurance amount for one or more sexual accidents occurring during the term of the Contract shall not exceed the amount of the insurance specified in the Contract.

For this insurance product, there is currently no list of information that is essential for assessing insurance risk. Since the insurance program is fixed and the insured amount is single, the size of the insurance premium does not depend on the client's account selection or other additional factors. The client only needs to select the account to be insured (if there are several accounts), and this does not affect the determination of the size of the insurance premium.

All over the world, except for military conflict zones, the areas of national security and defense measures, repulsion and deterrence of Russian aggression in Donetsk and Luhansk regions carried out through the Joint Forces Operation, temporarily occupied territories (the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol) or settlements where public authorities temporarily do not exercise their powers and those located on the contact line, according to the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1085-r dated 07.11.2014 in the version in force at the time of.

The deductible is not applied (UAH 0).
- The decision to pay or refuse to pay is made only after reviewing each case individually. The Bank's security service reviews each case and draws up an act. The main reasons for refusal may be:
- confirmed fraudulent actions on the part of the Client (for example, conspiracy of persons to disclose confidential information);
- insurance indemnity shall not be paid if the insured event occurred within the first seven (7) days from the date of entry into force of this Insurance Agreement, except when the Insurance Agreement was executed simultaneously with the opening of the Insured's card account.
- Gross violations of the rules of safe handling of bank cards and violation of the terms of notification of the insured event.

The terms of the agreement cover the account and all cards issued and reissued to it for 12 months from the date of the insurance agreement.

The insurance agreement can be issued for accounts and cards in both UAH and other types of currencies.

The insurance product is not a part of any package/agreement. The insurance product can be purchased separately.

Promotional offers and discounts are not available.

The Insured (his/her authorized person) shall be obliged to:
- take immediate measures - not later than 24 (twenty-four) hours from the moment of detection to notify the Bank about the case for prompt blocking of the payment card.
- immediately, but not more than 5 (five) calendar days from the moment when the Insured became aware or should have become aware of the occurrence of the insured event, apply to law enforcement authorities with a statement of a criminal offense to obtain an extract from the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations;
- within 14 (fourteen) calendar days, as soon as the Insured becomes aware or should have become aware of the occurrence of an event that may be qualified by the Insurer as an insured event, notify the Insurance Agent (JSC “FUIB”) or the Insurer in one of the following ways, namely:
- by calling the hotline of the Insurance Agent: +38 044 290 7 290; +38 096 290 7 290; +38 050 290 7 290; +38 093 290 7 290;
OR - by applying directly to the Insurance Agent (JSC "FUIB", the list of branches is provided at the link Nearest branch) or the Insurer and providing the necessary
documents by the list specified in the Agreement. An insured event can be registered by following the link Insured event registration.

Failure to timely report an insured event and failure of the insured to fulfill its obligations under the insurance contract may be grounds for the insurer to refuse to pay the insurance indemnity. The Insurer shall have the right to refuse to pay the insurance indemnity if the Insured fails to perform the actions stipulated in the insurance contract in the case of an event that has signs of an insured event.
Events occurring during the insurance period for which the insurance payment has not been paid within the terms stipulated in the insurance contract shall not be recognized as insured events.
