Asset Recovery LLC "Freedom Finance Ukraine"

Dear clients, the process of returning the assets of LLC "Freedom Finance Ukraine," implemented at JSC "PUMB" in accordance with the Decision of the NSSMC No. 09/21/2643/K03 dated July 25, 2025, is ongoing on a continuous basis. To receive your assets, you must be or become a client of JSC "PUMB" and have or open a current account and a securities account with the bank.

We will ensure prompt preparation of all required documents for opening a securities account. You will be able to submit an application requesting information from the NBU/NDS in any JSC "PUMB" branch that is convenient for you.

After opening a securities account and signing the application to send a request to the NBU/NSD, PUMB applies to the relevant Depository (for government domestic bonds (OVDP) and foreign currency government bonds (OZDP) — to the NBU Depository; for shares and corporate bonds — to the National Depository of Ukraine (NSD)) with a request for the transfer of the respective securities or funds associated with the securities.
After this request is processed, provided there are no comments from the depository, the timelines for receipt are as follows:

  • NBU Depository (after reviewing the request) — securities within 3 business days, funds for securities — within 30 days;
  • NSD Depository (after reviewing the request) — within 5 business days.

  • if the amount is less than or equal to 250 UAH, it is included in the cost of opening a securities account;
  • if the amount exceeds 250 UAH, the fee is 0.05% of the amount, but not less than 200 UAH and not more than 3000 UAH.

Recordkeeping of Rights to Securities in the Account — separately for each type of security held on the account (per month) issued by:

entities other than the state

included in the cost of maintaining the securities account

the state (Government Bonds)

0.0065% of the average total nominal value of all securities, but not less than 250 UAH and not more than 5000 UAH.
