Dear customers, as of 23.04.2021, the approach to determining military personnel who are subject to loan benefits in accordance with paragraph 15 of Article 14 of the Law of Ukraine “On social and legal protection of military personnel and members of their families”.

In order to apply for loan benefits, a military must provide JSC "FUIB" (to a branch or using the Bank's website) with documents confirming the status of military personnel, as well as participation in the ATO or stay in the JFO and case of conscription for military service during mobilization in the current year - documents confirming the mobilization.

Documents confirming the status of a military personnel/mobilization:

• a certificate on Forms 5 or 6 of the Instruction on record-keeping in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, approved by order of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine dated 07.04.2017 No. 124, which indicates the period of military service, or
• an extract from the order of the commander of the military unit on the enrollment of a person in the lists of personnel of the military unit, or
• an extract from the order of the commander of the military unit on the enrollment of a person in the lists of personnel of the military unit, or
• a military card or other document replacing it, containing up-to-date information about conscription for military service.

Supporting documents for military personnel who participated or were in the ATO/JFO (in total):

1. Documents confirming the status of military personnel, and

2. Document confirming participation in the ATO:

• a certificate of direct participation of the person in the anti-terrorist operation, ensuring its conduct and protection of the independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of Ukraine or
• a certificate of participation of the person in the implementation of measures to ensure national security and defense, repulse and deter the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
