• Can a debit card be delivered abroad?

Yes, it can. We send cards abroad via Ukrposhta. 

To order, swipe right on the Home tab. On the Finance tab, tap New card for account, select Plastic as the card type, and enter all the necessary delivery details. 

Card delivery costs UAH 300, which includes both card issuance and delivery.

• How to order?

Swipe right on the Home screen in PUMB mobile app. Tap New card for this account on the Cards and accounts screen. Then select Plastic.

Courier delivery is possible only to your home address.

• To which countries can I order debit card delivery through Ukrposhta?

FUIB provides Ukrposhta delivery worldwide, except for russia and belarus.

• What is the delivery time for a debit card abroad?

Delivery time is 30 days on average, but may vary depending on the recipient's country.

• How does Ukrposhta deliver debit cards abroad?

The card is delivered to the mailbox at the address specified when ordering. 

• FUIB fee, and how to pay for issuing and delivering a debit card abroad?

The service fee, regardless of the delivery country, is 300 UAH or the equivalent amount if paid from a foreign currency account. Please ensure that you have sufficient funds in your account to cover the fee. For more information, see our Tariffs.

• What additional expenses might arise during the delivery of the debit card abroad through Ukrposhta?

Depending on the recipient's country, there might be fees for customs clearance. You have to pay them when you receive the card.

Track your parcel on Ukrposhta's website or the postal service of the recipient's country.

• What is a virtual card?

It is a bank card with all its attributes (card number, expiration date, CVV, PIN code), but no physical issue of plastic.

• Where can I open a virtual card?

A virtual card can only be opened in the PUMB mobile application, when registering a new vseKARTA service package, or by issuing an additional virtual card to an existing account

• How can I activate a virtual card?

The card is issued active, and a customer can use it immediately after registration.

• Where can I find out the details of a virtual card?

Card details are available only in electronic form in the PUMB mobile app.

• How can I get a PIN code for a virtual card?

PIN-code is sent to the customer's mobile phone number after the card is drawn up.

• How can I open a virtual card using PUMB mobile app?

Open a virtual card when opening a new package vseKARTA. 

Open a virtual card as an additional card to an existing account:

• On the Main page, swipe right;
• Select the account to which you want to open the card and click "New card to account";
• Select "Virtual" and click "Continue";
• To confirm the opening of the card, enter the verification password;
• Link the card to a GPay or ApplePay wallet.

• Can I open a card in FUIB to receive social benefits or pension?

To receive a pension and social benefits, you can draw up the vseKARTA package of services. Thanks to changes in Ukraine's legislation, now you can open a card for crediting a military pension.

• Can I trust FUIB?

Delivery of a plastic card to a branch or post office of Nova poshta can only be arranged through the PUMB mobile application.

• How to get a name card?

You can apply for a personalized card only at a branch of the Bank. When ordering a plastic card through the PUMB mobile application with delivery to a branch or post office of Nova poshta, you will be issued an unnamed card valid for 3 years.

• How much does it cost to deliver a card to a branch or post office of Nova poshta?

The cost of ordering a card with delivery by Nova Poshta in Ukraine is 150 UAH or the equivalent if payment is made from a foreign currency account. The payment is deducted from the account immediately when ordering the card in the mobile application.

Please note that you do not need to pay anything extra when you receive the parcel at a Nova Poshta branch/post office.

• What is the delivery time of the card to the branch or post office of Nova poshta?

Estimated delivery time of the card is 2 working days. You can find detailed information about delivery times and the status of your package on the website or in the mobile application of Nova poshta.

• How to activate a plastic card ordered with delivery to a branch or post office of Nova poshta?

After the client receives a parcel with a card at Nova poshta, the card must be activated and a pin code for it must be obtained in the FUIB online mobile application. Without this, the card will not work for security purposes.

*Attention! When receiving a parcel with a card at a New Post office or parcel machine, make sure the package is intact.

Activation of the card must be carried out no later than 60 calendar days from the date of ordering the card.

• Which account can I order an additional plastic card with delivery to Nova poshta to?

Ordering an additional plastic card through PUMB Online with Nova Poshta delivery in Ukraine is available in debit service packages, the tariffs of which provide for the possibility of issuing a card of the Mastercard World PayPass Debit Instant Issue (non-nominal) type. The number of cards available to order is unlimited.

• How can I open a card?

To open a plastic card, fill out an application on the website. The manager will call you back and provide detailed information.

Or visit a FUIB branch with your passport and TIN. The branch manager will inform you about the time when your card will be ready.

• How can I start using the card with help of the PUMB mobile app?

Step 1

Download PUMB mobile app on your smartphone: find the application on the App Store or Play Market, or scan the QR code.

Step 2

Enter your phone number and password for PUMB mobile app, which you received in SMS from the bank.

Step 3

In the "Cards and accounts" section, select a card; go to settings by clicking on the "Activate the card" button.

Step 4

Follow the step-by-step instructions and receive the card PIN code in SMS to the number that was provided to the bank as the main phone number.

• How can I start using the card with help of my phone?

Step 1

Call the hotline 044 290 7290* from the phone number provided to the bank as the main one.

Step 2

Say to the voice assistant: "Get a PIN code."

Step 3

To activate the card and receive the PIN code, it will be necessary to say the card number, for which the PIN code is installed, its validity (on the card), the passport number or ID card, and date of birth.

Step 4

Receive card PIN code by SMS.

• Are there any reward programs?

Yes, register your cards on the Mastercard Bilshe platform in the "Profile" section of the program menu (https://bilshe.mastercard.ua/). Collect silver points for payments with Mastercard. • What should I do if I forget my card PIN?

You can use the PIN reminder function:

• in the PUMB mobile application without leaving home;
• by applying in person to a FUIB branch with the original passport and TIN certificate;
• by calling the bank's contact center at 044 290 7 290 from your phone number provided to the bank as a contact number, then press 0, then press 7. To recover the PIN code, you will need to enter your card number and passport number.

• I have lost my card, what should I do?

If you lose your payment card, be sure to notify the bank about it. Call the customer service center: +38 044 290 7290 and report the incident to the operator. With the help of the operator of the information line or the PUMB mobile app service, the card can be blocked for financial transactions in order to prevent possible financial losses. 

After that, contact the bank branch to order a reissue of the lost BPC.

• What should I do if I cannot activate the card and receive the PIN code in the PUMB mobile app?

Update the PUMB mobile application to the latest version and try again.

Or activate the card by calling the bank's contact center at 044 290 7 290 from your phone number provided to the bank as a contact number, then say the phrase ‘Get PIN’ to the voice assistant. To activate the card and receive the PIN, you will need to provide the card number for which the PIN is being set, its expiry date (on the card), passport or ID card number, and date of birth. The PIN code will be sent to you via SMS.

Or personally apply to the FUIB branch with the original passport and TIN certificate.

• What should I do if I cannot activate the card and receive a PIN code in the bank's contact center?

Make sure that you enter the correct personal data (8 first digits and 4 last digits of the card number, passport number, and date of birth), call from the mobile phone number that you provided to the bank as a contact, and call the bank's contact center again.

Or install the latest version of the PUMB mobile app activate the card and receive the PIN code using it.

Or personally apply to the FUIB branch with the original passport and TIN certificate.
