Contacting the Police or Cyber Police (if you are abroad)
Within 5 days from the moment of detection of fraud, apply to the Police with a statement of fraud to obtain an extract from the URPTI (Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations) or Cyberpolice ( if you are abroad) and receive confirmation of registration of the application with the request number
Registration of an insured event
Within 14 days from the date of detection of fraud (fill in the registration form below)
