• Yes, you can make payments in the same way as in Ukraine. Before a trip abroad, you do not need to inform the bank, but we recommend that you specify the period and countries where you are going to use your FUIB card in the PUMB mobile application. To do this, in the PUMB mobile application, in the details of the card (or cards that you are going to use abroad), select the "transactions abroad" menu, then select the period of stay abroad and the individual country or region where you will pay with the FUIB card. 

• According to the NBU Resolution, quasicash transactions (replenishment of e-wallets, brokerage or forex accounts, payment of travel cheques, purchase of virtual assets) and transfers to foreign bank cards (cross-border p2p transactions) are prohibited for accounts in UAH. For accounts in foreign currency, the limit for quasicash transactions and transfers to foreign bank cards, including through third-party services (cross-border p2p transactions) is allowed for a total amount of up to UAH 100,000 per month.
  Servicing of any cards abroad (except for russia and belarus) is subject to the same limits as in Ukraine, withdrawals are subject to the current tariffs of the Bank. 

• Conversion is the exchange of one currency for another. For example, if you are abroad and need to buy something in USD or EUR, you exchange your UAH for the appropriate currency to pay for your purchases. Essentially, it is a process that allows you to use money in different countries.
• The conversion rate is the ratio between two currencies. For example, if the USD to EUR exchange rate is 1.2, it means that 1.2 USD is needed to buy 1 EUR.
• Double conversion is when you exchange one currency for another through a third. For example, if you want to exchange UAH for PLN, but there is no direct exchange rate, you first exchange UAH for USD and then USD for PLN.
• The currency in which you pay for goods or services or withdraw cash is converted into USD at the rate of the payment system, and USD is converted into UAH at the bank's commercial selling rate. The rates of payment systems (Visa and Mastercard) are indicated on their official websites.
  For example, an account is opened in UAH, and a transaction is made in:
  USD: USD → UAH at the bank's commercial rate
  PLN: PLN → USD at the payment system rate → UAH at the bank's commercial rate
  EUR: EUR → USD at the payment system rate → UAH at the bank's commercial rate.

Due to double conversion, you may be charged more than the amount shown at the time of payment. Therefore, please follow the recommendations on how to avoid double conversion.

• For payments and withdrawals abroad, use a card in USD. If this is not possible, choose a card in the local currency of the country of your stay - there will be fewer conversions than with a card in UAH. For example, if you are in Poland and the transaction currency is PLN, it is better to use a card in USD or PLN. 
• If you plan to pay with your card in UAH, remember that only transactions in USD can be processed without double conversion. When buying from an online store, make sure that USD is actually the currency of payment. Some stores show prices in USD, but eventually convert the payment to the local currency of their country.
• In the card settings, you can prohibit double conversion (to get to them, click on the card on the Main page of the PUMB application and then on the settings icon in the corner of the card) - and subsequent payments that require such conversion will be blocked. Please note that then you will not be able to pay with a UAH card in a foreign currency other than USD, as such transactions are possible only with double conversion.

The payment limits for FUIB cards abroad are determined by the general rules of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU). As of 2024, the key points regarding the limits are as follows:

• NBU monthly payment limit abroad:
  The NBU has set a general monthly limit for payments by payment cards abroad of UAH 100 thousand in the equivalent for transactions with national currency accounts. 
• Additional limits for foreign currency transactions:
  Transactions on accounts in foreign currency may have additional restrictions depending on the categories of expenses, for example, for real estate rent or other specific needs, with limits of up to UAH 500 thousand in equivalent.
  It is recommended to check the current information directly with FUIB or check with the support service for a specific type of card.
  
   

• Payments abroad (payment for goods, works, and services) are made within the equivalent of UAH 100,000 per month in total from all UAH accounts of the client. 
• The amount of the available credit limit is calculated individually and this information can be found in the PUMB application.

• Any card abroad (except for russia and belarus) is serviced according to the same limits as in Ukraine.
• The fee for cash withdrawals abroad is 2% of the amount. Additional fees may be charged by the bank whose ATM is used.

• The card is delivered by courier directly to your door at the address you specified when ordering. 
• If the recipient is not present when the courier arrives, the parcel is transferred for free storage to the post office according to the postal code of the address to which the delivery was ordered.
• The storage period depends on the rules of the postal service of the recipient's country. This information is available on the Ukrposhta website.

• The cost of the debit card delivery service abroad does not depend on the country of delivery.
• The cost of delivery is UAH 300 or the equivalent amount if the fee is paid from an account in a foreign currency.
