With each eligible PUMB card transaction that falls under the Bank&rsquo;s or partner&rsquo;s cashback categories, a defined percentage of the purchase amount is returned to your account.
You can use the saved cashback for future purchases or transfer it to your main account.

To find out whether a particular store or purchase falls into the categories eligible for cashback, you can contact the merchant and ask about their business category (MCC code), which determines the eligibility for cashback accrual.

In case of a refund for a product or service, the previously accrued cashback for that transaction will be canceled.

Will I receive cashback if I pay for the item upon delivery at a pickup point?

Cashback is not awarded for postpaid (cash-on-delivery) transactions made through any postal services (for example, NovaPay, but not limited to).

Is cashback different when paying with credit and personal funds?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it's different.
For example, in the Cafes and restaurants category, you can get 1.5% cashback from the bank for payments made with credit funds and 0.75% for payments made with personal funds. If personal funds are on a credit card, the cashback will still be 0.75%, as the percentage depends on the type of funds, not the card type.

How much cashback can I accumulate per month?

The total amount of monthly savings is equal to the amount of cashback from the Bank and cashback from Partners. 
The maximum amount of cashback from the Bank is 500 UAH. The maximum amount of cashback from Partners depends on the offer terms of each of them. 
If the maximum amount of cashback from a Partner per month is reached, the reward accrual for it stops. If you have selected a category of cashback from the Bank that corresponds to the same field of activity with a Partner, then the accrual of reward for it will not occur.If the maximum amount of cashback from a Partner per month is reached, the reward accrual for it is stopped, even if you have selected a category of cashback from the Bank that corresponds to the same field of activity with the Partner.For example, you have selected cashback from the 'X' Partner (who sells clothes) and you have selected the category 'Clothes and shoes' from the Bank. After that, you made purchases in the &ldquo;X&rdquo; store and accumulated the maximum cashback from this Partner. FUIB bank does not influence in any way what code is assigned to the point of sale and cannot change it.

Can I withdraw cashback immediately after accumulating the minimum withdrawal amount? To which card can I withdraw the accumulated cashback?

The account holder can withdraw the reward on his own to any selected hryvnia card. Cashback can be accumulated on the account and withdrawn to the card at any time when the minimum amount is reached &ndash; 100 UAH.
If the accumulated reward amount is less than 100 UAH, then there is no button for withdrawing funds in the PUMB mobile application.
When withdrawing cashback, taxes, and fees are additionally withheld.

Is it possible to withdraw the reward to my card of another Bank or card/account of relatives, friends, etc.?

The reward can be withdrawn only to one of the FUIB cards of the account holder, which was not opened by an individual for entrepreneurial activity. The participant of the Promo cannot transfer his right to receive the reward to any other person.

Can the accumulated cashback be canceled?

Yes, the Bank has the right to cancel cashback in case of closing the card or cards on which it was credited, the absence of any other products of the Bank, overdue debts and/or the absence of transactions with FUIB cards (see the official Rules of the Promo).
